When will I receive my order?
Most orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. This does depend upon the quantity purchased, availability, and whether or not the order is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
How can I be assured that my privacy will be protected and that my online purchases will be secure?
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details regarding use and protection of personal information. With regard to Internet Security, your purchases are secured using 128-bit encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to provide the strongest security available.
Why do I have to pay sales tax?
Because Wing Eyecare has offices operating in Ohio and Kentucky, orders placed by patients who reside in these States are subject to sales tax.
The Contact Lens Reorder portion of Wingeyecare.com was designed to provide a convenient method for Wing Eyecare patients to refill their contact lens prescriptions. Online orders can only be filled for valid (non-expired) prescriptions that are on file with our offices.
Can I order contacts using an "outside" prescription(from another doctor other than a Wing Eyecare practitioner)?
We can, however, fill an order for an outside prescription if you have previously placed an order with one of our offices. If you have not filled a prescription with Wing Eyecare before, please visit or contact one of our offices to order your contact lenses.
Can I purchase "online" a different brand or type of cantact lens other than what I'm currantly wearing?
Because this site is designed for the purpose of reordering current prescriptions only, we will be unable to fill orders for contact lenses that you have not previously worn. Contact lenses are a prescribed medical device and must be approved by a state-licensed Doctor of Optometry or Ophthalmology.
There is a great deal of variety in the available sizes among different types or even different brands of contact lenses. If you are interested in trying a different type of lens (e.g. color contacts) or a different brand of lens, please contact one of our offices directly to determine a lens that will work best for your needs.
How do I take advantage of Mail-in Rebates?
Certain Manufacturers offer Mail-In Rebates for certain quantities purchased. Current offers will be displayed on product information pages. If your order qualifies for a rebate, a certificate will be included with the order that includes instructions for obtaining reimbursement. Most require proofs of purchase and receipts. After your order has been placed and filled, you can access all previous receipts for your online orders by logging into the site via the Reorder Contacts link.
