Costume contact lenses not only change the color of your eyes, but may dramatically
transform your appearance. These lenses are most often used for special occasions,
such as Halloween, but may also be used for theatrical performances or simply as
a novelty item.
Though costume lenses are designed primarily for fun, they still require the same
amount of care that should be given to any contact lens. They must be cleaned and
disinfected after each use and you must NEVER share your lenses with others or wear
someone else's contacts. Serious
eye diseases and infections can result from improper care and use
of any contact lens and can lead to impaired vision to blindness!
