Eyewear Service Plan
When you invest in a fine quality pair of eyeglasses at Wing Eyecare, we want you
to feel secure in your investment in the event of accidental breakage or
loss. Therefore, we present to you our
Eyewear Service Plan. This plan is provided at absolutely no
cost*. You pay no deductibles and no co-payments. No
other company offers a warranty like this because no one can beat the
quality of our frames.
*Not valid with a purchase from our
"Budget" collection, $99 package frames, or with discount or insurance plans.
Those who purchase a frame using a discount or insurance plan are
eligible to purchase the plan for $29.00.
Frame Replacement:
If any part of your frame breaks for any reason within 24 months of the
date you received them (dispensing date), simply return all parts and we
will repair or replace it completely free of charge.
Lens Replacement:
If your lenses become scratched for any reason within the first 12
months of the dispensing date, we will replace them one time completely
free of charge.
Loss Replacement:
If your glasses are lost or stolen, you may replace them within the
first 12 months at 50% of the regular retail price at the time of
replacement. No other discounts, offers, or coupons may be combined with
this replacement purchase. Lenses must be the of the same type and
prescription.
